Milly by Michelle Smith’s  appropriately titled “Classique=Moderne” Fall 2010 show was chic, feminine, and most definitely French-inspired.  One might even say the collection was reminiscent of classic Chanel, with its focus on tweeds, wool, and silk, and it’s simple color palette of black, white and navy.

Models donning berets and headbands strutted the runway in swing coats and pencil skirts, checked wool dresses, ruffled silk blouses, and pencil-leg wool trousers.  The designer added in pops of color and a point of interest to the classic looks by pairing them with neon colored tights in red, green and pink.  The tights are part of Milly‘s new collaboration with Hue Legwear.
